How I can collaborate

PhD Supervision & Co-supervision

I welcome enquiries from doctoral candidates researching digital transformation, Smart Nations, Society 5.0, digital governance, or national strategy. I can serve as primary or co-supervisor and bring a cross-disciplinary perspective spanning computer science, business administration and public policy.

Who I am looking to work with

Joint Research & Co-authorship

I am open to co-authoring papers, contributing to systematic reviews, and joining multi-institutional research projects. I bring both academic rigour and practical policy insight — particularly valuable for research that needs to bridge theory and real-world national transformation.

Research Funding

I am interested in joining applications for Horizon Europe, SNF, and other research funding bodies as a named researcher or work package lead. My track record spans published research, international expert panels and a Delphi study across 9 countries — strengthening multi-partner grant consortia.
